CHICAGO — On this episode of the “At Your Convenience” podcast, Brett Dworski, CSP’s center-store editor, sits down with Reynold Romero, vice president of Handy Food Stores, to recap the store tours from this year’s Convenience Retailing University, which featured trips to Circle K, Lucky’s Market and RaceTrac.

Founded in 1965, Handy Food Stores—a subsidiary of Tampa, Fla.-based B&B Corporate Holdings Inc.—is a family-owned convenience-store chain. The chain has 19 locations throughout Florida’s Hillsborough, Pasco, Hendry, Lee, Collier and Okeechobee counties.
