5 New Products From General Mills Debut on C-Store Shelves

1. Gushers
Fruit-flavored Gusher snacks feature a chewy outer shell that squirts a gush of juicy flavor when bitten into. The candies come in two varieties, Sour and Flavor Mixers, in a 4.25-ounce bag that is only available in the convenience channel. Sour Gushers are available in apple, cherry and grape flavors. Flavor Mixers combine one flavor on the outside and a different flavor inside, including strawberry-peach, orange-cherry and raspberry-lemonade.

3. Bugles
On-fire flavors rule the day with General Mills' new Bugles Hot Buffalo snacks. The crispy corn snacks feature a big dose of hot buffalo flavor, and are available in 3-ounce packages with a suggested retail price (SRP) of $1.69.
4. Chex Mix
Fans of salty snacks are demanding more heat, and General Mills is delivering. Chex Mix Jalapeno Cheddar offers a hotter, cheesier flavor, while the Hot & Spicy variety is “really freaking hot,” the company said. Both are sold in a 3.75-ounce size with an SRP of $1.69.
5. Nature Valley Biscuits
A new version of Nature Valley Biscuits has a layer of creamy almond or peanut butter between two 100% whole-grain oat biscuits. The biscuits meet consumer demand for protein, with 3 to 5 grams of protein, 14 grams of whole grain, 3 grams of fiber and no high fructose corn syrup or artificial color, flavors or sweeteners. The biscuits are sold in 1.35-ounce packages with an SRP of $1.29.
