7-Eleven Inc. has promoted several executives to new roles, according to their LinkedIn posts, and two of the convenience-store retailer’s executives have been honored for their operational and professional acumen.

The company has named Jamie Horvath as director of private-brand product management, commercialization and emerging brands.

Horvath joined 7-Eleven in 2015 as a human resources business partner for the Heartland area. She became a human resources leader for the area in 2019 and a market manager in 2021. Previously, she was a district manager with discount retailer Dollar General.

7-Eleven also has appointed Kia Hasheminejad as operations director for proprietary products excellence.

Hasheminejad joined 7-Eleven as a field manager in 2014, becoming a market manager in 2017, director of store readiness in 2022 and a regional director for the Southwest in 2022. Previously, he held positions with CarMax, Bed Bath & Beyond, The Home Depot and Staples.

Also, Justin Huffman has joined 7-Eleven as director of sourcing.

Previously, Huffman was director of procurement and finally vice president of procurement with Cincinnati-based dip, dessert and specialty products maker Lakeview Farms. Before that, he was demand planning manager with Kroger.

And the company has named Dan Keefe as director of 7-Eleven’s enterprise project management office (PMO).

Keefe joined 7-Eleven in 2016 as PMO portfolio analyst, became a project manager in 2019, a senior manager in 2020, a senior manager for operations in 2023 and a senior manager for retailer initiative acceleration (store, technology and fuel integration across all 7-Eleven family branded stores) and chair of the 7Veterans Outreach Organization in 2024. Scott is on a mission to make EV charging convenient, reduce 7-Eleven’s carbon footprint and support a more sustainable future in the 18 countries where it operates stores, according to the magazine.

In March 2023, the company launched 7Charge, a proprietary EV charging network and app, which allows EV drivers to access a seamless charging and payment experience. The chain rolled out 7Charge in several locations in Florida, Texas, Colorado and California. It will eventually be available across 7-Eleven’s entire family of brands including Speedway and Stripes stores, it said.
